Application for Mapping your Undergraduate Studies through your High School Education
This is a 8 week intensive course (held evenings and/or weekends) that will enable high school students learn career-mapping strategies. Beginning with an understanding of personal goals and personality traits, students will research career opportunities and map their career paths. Mapping their career paths will involve a thorough understanding of opportunities in the sciences, engineering and arts disciplines.
1) Complete the Registration Form to Receive An Application (Click Link)
2) Complete both the Student Application and Parent Questionnaire.
3) Return the completed application on or before the deadline for the next session to EduPlan Associates by

4) EduPlan Associates will consider your application for the next session.
5) If successful, you will contacted to verify the information and be given information on the location and time of the session you should attend.
6) Payment will required at the time of acceptance in the amount of $375 CDN + GST.
7) The remaining sum of $374 CDN + GST should be paid at the time of the first class.
8) There is a 5% discount for upfront payment of $749 CDN + GST.
